Ferris Mulch Products, LLC, was established in 2005 as a state certified, wood recycling facility located at 6 Plumtrees Road in Danbury, Connecticut.
We manufacture natural and color enhanced mulch, wood chips, Ipema certified playground mulch, organic compost and screened topsoil here on our site. We secure all natural Connecticut forest products to process into mulch and compost. They contain no pesticides, creosotes or chemicals.
We process forest products through our continuous grind system, producing a double grind product that we store so it maintains a consistent color and texture all season long. Dead leaves and garden wastes are processed and stock piled to create our organic compost products.
We offer organic waste wood and leaf recycling to the city of Danbury and its residents at no charge; visit our Recycling Page for details.
We serve municipalities, landscaping professionals, wholesalers, homeowners & garden centers throughout Connecticut and parts of New York. Our products can be delivered (fees apply) or picked up at our site.
